Dewatering and conditioning of sludge during the cleaning of a road drainage basin. 🛣️
🌍 The first challenge was to carry out the work in a short space of time to limit the nuisance caused to users. The second was to comply with the sludge acceptance conditions imposed by the platform, i.e. ‘non-liquid sludge that can be piled up’.
💩 Thanks to its ultra-fast dewatering performance, APROMUD® was the logical choice for this operation. As it has no impact on the nature of the sludge, the product is suitable for all recovery processes.
🛡️ Nearly 200 tonnes of solidified sludge were extracted and safely transported to the materials reception platform. Traffic was restored to normal and the basin was able to receive water again immediately.
