As part of the dismantling of a cement plant, our customer was left with a mixture of greasy matter and rainwater that was unmanageable in its current state. 🌧️
⚙️ As with every job involving technical materials, we carried out tests in our in-house laboratory to determine the most suitable reference from our APROMUD® range.
🖩 After calculating the volume to be treated (500m3), we defined the product dosage (1%) and the application method with our customer and the receiving platform.
✅ The solution is applied directly to the silo. The effect is immediate! 15 minutes after mixing, the viscous material is solid. Some of it is extracted in tipper lorries and transferred to the processing platform, while the rest is piled up on site for incineration.
🔥 As well as making it easier to excavate and transport the initially liquid material, APROMUD® increases the PCI of the sludge when it is burnt, without any additional chemical emissions.
